If you require to return an item purchased, then you need to contact Online Store Enquiries first via email to arrange the products return. Returns without notification will not be accepted.
In the unfortunate instance that a product arrives damaged, faulty or has major defects, a full refund is available in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. All returns for damaged Products must include the product securely packaged with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Returns for change of mind Products must be packaged securely, free of damage, in its original carton with labels, unopened and unused. Returns for change of mind must be within 7 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is also required. A credit will be offered.
Products requiring assembly cannot be returned for change of mind.
For hygiene reasons – clothing, mattresses, pillows, eiderdowns, duvets and swimwear cannot be returned once the protective seal is removed or opened, unless the item is faulty or does not match the description at the time of purchase.
For Riders Apparel and Accessories, Horse Gear, and Stable Accessories, you may return the relevant products within 7 days of receipt of delivery by the method below:

Ensure you include the despatch note and package the item in the original tag and package – unopened. For damaged or incorrect goods, please ensure the Products are packaged properly and securely so that they are not lost in transit.
Upon delivery, you are responsible for checking Products carefully. Any visible defects must be reported to Online Store Enquiries at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will not accept liability for visible defects not reported within 3 days.
If you believe that any product is of an unsatisfactory quality, please contact email@example.com immediately and treat the Product with utmost care while your claim is being investigated.
MAKING A RETURN WITH AFTERPAY
For returning items purchased with Afterpay, you have the following options:
- Goods returned are subject to our Returns Policy.
- Return your full order prior to your first payment, and we will cancel your Afterpay payment plan.
- Return your order after your first payment and we will cancel the remainder of your payment plan and Afterpay will refund your previous payment.
- Return selected items from your order, and we will remove the returned item(s) value from your Afterpay payment plan accordingly (which may result in reduced or cancelled future payments).
- You can also check your Afterpay balance or payment schedule at any time by logging in to your Afterpay account.
